Gittleman Management Corporation became a part of FirstService Residential

 

 

2012

Mel Gittleman, the founder of Gittleman Management Corporation is awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from CAI-MN

 

 

2013

Gittleman Management officially rebrands as FirstService Residential

 

 

2014

FirstService Residential acquires Laukka Management

 

 

2016

FirstService Residential opens an office in the North Loop

 

 

2017

FirstService Residential acquires Paradise & Associates

 

 

2019

FirstService Residential moves into a new corporate office in Bloomington.

 

 

2020

FirstService Residential opens a new office on Glenwood for its urban team and Gittleman Construction & Maintenance.

As of January 2022, FirstService Residential is successfully partnered with 528 properties and communities throughout Minnesota

We do so in a team approach using a state-of-the art technology platform that creates 100% accountability for solving individual homeowner requests within agreed upon time frames.
